Singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya has been served a legal notice by a Pune-based lawyer named Asim Sarode after he said Mahatma Gandhi was the "father of Pakistan". "Gandhi has been mistakenly called the father of the nation for India. He was the one responsible for the existence of Pakistan," he had said. Sarode called his statement "foolish" in the notice.
