A US district court has accepted Apple's request to move forward with the lawsuit filed against YouTuber Jon Prosser without waiting for his response. Apple filed the lawsuit in July after Prosser and another defendant, Michael Ramacciotti, allegedly leaked Apple's Liquid Glass iOS 26 redesigns before its launch. They have been accused of misappropriating trade secrets and violating few acts.
