As many as 48 migrants, who hail from Jharkhand, are stranded in Tunisia after being deceived by a recruitment firm. They were allegedly promised eight-hour shifts with fair wages but have been forced to work 12 hours a day without any salary for last three months. Jharkhand government has established contact with group and is working to verify their documents.
