Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed an almost empty chamber at UN General Assembly on Tuesday. This comes after several leaders and delegates reportedly walked out of the chamber ahead of Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu's speech. Referring to conflicts in Sudan, Somalia and Palestine, Zelenskyy said, "That's how weak these institutions have become...For decades, just statements."
