Snap Inc has struck a $400-million (₹3,544 crore) deal with Perplexity AI to integrate its AI-powered answer engine into Snapchat by early 2026. The feature will allow users to ask questions and receive conversational replies without leaving the app. Perplexity will pay Snap in cash and equity over one year, gaining access to Snapchat's nearly 1 billion users.
