While agreeing to list Delhi air pollution matter for hearing next week, Supreme Court on Thursday said, "What magic wand can a judicial forum exercise?" CJI Surya Kant added, "I know this is hazardous for Delhi-NCR...What can we direct so that there's clean air immediately?" He said there's "no single reason" for the problem and all reasons must be identified.
