US Supreme Court again sided with President Donald Trump as it allowed his administration to withhold about $4 billion in foreign aid. In its court papers, Trump's administration said that the money they are targeting is "contrary to US foreign policy." Trump has also moved to dismantle the main US foreign aid agency - US Agency for International Development.
