The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has been sued by three sellers operating on Flipkart over the Indian antitrust watchdog's investigation which found that Amazon and Flipkart had violated laws, Reuters reported. The sellers argued that they were asked to submit data to help during the investigation, but were later named as accused. This is against due process, they claimed.
