Bihar recorded a voter turnout of 47.62% till 1 pm in the second phase of the Assembly elections, according to Election Commission (EC) data. Kishanganj registered the highest turnout at 51.86%, while Madhubani reported the lowest at 43.39%. The turnout so far stood at 46.87% in Araria, 49.45% in Aurangabad, 50.07% in Banka, 50.95% in Gaya and 50.91% in Jamui.
