A Delhi court on Thursday dismissed a plea seeking an FIR against Congress leader Sonia Gandhi over claims that her name appeared on the electoral rolls before acquiring Indian citizenship. The petition alleged that her name was added to the New Delhi constituency voter list in January 1980, three years early. Meanwhile, a detailed order regarding the same is awaited.
