FIFA has received over 15 lakh ticket applications from fans across 210 countries within 24 hours of launching the presale draw for the 2026 World Cup, the body said. Most demand came from host nations, the US, Mexico, and Canada, followed by Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, England, Spain, Portugal, and Germany. The 48-team tournament will feature 104 matches across 16 cities.
