The BJP on Tuesday elected state party presidents for its Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand units. Dr Rajeev Bindal is set to serve his third term as the president of the Himachal Pradesh BJP, while Rajya Sabha MP Mahendra Bhatt will serve his second term as the president of the Uttarakhand BJP. Both leaders will hold their respective positions till 2027.
