PM Narendra Modi will not address the General Debate at the annual high-level session of the United Nations General Assembly later this month, according to a revised provisional list of speakers. EAM Jaishankar will reportedly represent India in place of the PM. According to the speakers' list, India is scheduled to address the Assembly on the morning of September 27.
