Jayantilal Harjivandas Patel, a 73-year-old man from Gujarat, has completed a 1,338-kilometre foot journey from Mehsana to Uttar Pradesh's Ayodhya. He began his journey on foot 40 days ago, driven by devotion to Lord Ram. He arrived in Ayodhya on Thursday, where he offered prayers at the Ram Temple. Patel said he felt “at peace" after witnessing the temple.
