Two men seen outside Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut's bungalow in Mumbai on Friday were testing mobile networks for Jio, police said. Initially suspected of conducting surveillance, they were found to be employees of 'Cellplan' and 'Insta ICT'. Police contacted the firms which confirmed that they were on routine network test, dispelling security concerns raised earlier in the day.
