Water purifier maker Kent RO Systems has filed draft papers with SEBI to launch an initial public offering (IPO). The issue is completely an offer for the sale of around one crore equity shares. Founder and Chairman Mahesh Gupta, along with other family members, will offload shares to reduce their 99.77% stake in the firm by about 10%.
