A video shows Russian President Vladimir Putin waiting for Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko ahead of their meeting in Moscow on Friday. In the video, Putin was seen fidgeting with artefacts present in the meeting room. During the meeting, Lukashenko proposed to build a nuclear power plant in the east of Belarus that could supply electricity to Russian-controlled parts of Ukraine.
