US President Donald Trump-led government is preparing immigration policy which could restrict green card access for people from nations already covered under Trump's travel ban. It would direct USCIS to treat "country-specific factors" from travel ban as "significant negative factors" when evaluating certain applications. Libya, Yemen, Sudan and Iran are some of the nations on travel-ban list.
