Maharashtra has become the first Indian state to tie up with billionaire Elon Musk's Starlink to deploy satellite-based internet services. The Starlink will be deployed for government institutions and across regions like Gadchiroli, Nandurbar, Dharashiv, and Washim. "With this landmark decision, Maharashtra will lead India in satellite-enabled digital infrastructure," CM Devendra Fadnavis said.
