The Karnataka High Court on Thursday closed a petition by the RSS convenor from Kalaburagi, who had asked for permission to hold a route march in Chittapur town. The court allowed the march on November 16 with 300 people and a 50-member band. Justice MGS Kamal said the local Tahsildar had already given permission with some conditions.
