A person has been arrested and hunt for his accomplice is on for allegedly defrauding Irshad Khan, a Mumbai hotelier, of ₹60 lakh by assuring him that they'd help his son pass the UPSC exam. Irshad's son had failed UPSC exam four times and was appearing for fifth time. The incident came to light after Irshad's son failed again.
