The nine-day Navratri festival began on September 22 this year. The colours associated with each day are white, red, royal blue, yellow, green, grey, orange, peacock green and pink, chronologically. Each colour is associated with a goddess, i.e., Maa Shailputri, Maa Brahmacharini, Maa Chandraghanta, Maa Kushmanda, Maa Skandamata, Maa Katyayani, Maa Kalaratri, Maa Mahagauri and Maa Siddhidatri.
