Actress Urvashi Dholakia criticised Air India, claiming that she received two of her suitcases in damaged condition even though she paid extra for one of them. Sharing a video of her luggage, she said, "It's extremely sad as I used to be proud of Air India!" The video also shared the bill for extra baggage fee charged by the airline.
