RBI on Wednesday set the redemption price for Sovereign Gold Bond (SGB) 2017-18 Series-IX, that indicates a return of 330% for investors. The final redemption date of the SGB tranche upon its eight-year maturity is November 27. The bank has fixed the final redemption price at ₹12,484 per unit. The SGB was issued at ₹2,914 per gram in November 2017.
