Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov on Tuesday spoke about India facing higher US tariffs over its oil trade with Russia. "We cannot interfere in the diplomatic relations between US and India. We understand that there is pressure on India," he stated. "We know that India is very sovereign in defining its national interests. We admire this characteristic of India," he added.
