The Malad police and Crime Branch arrested a 32-year-old man from Bihar for allegedly posing as an IAS officer and roaming around Mumbai using a fake identity. The accused, Chandramohan Prasad Rambali Singh, stayed for two days at the Customs Department's Panhala guest house in BKC and used a car bearing a 'Government of India' plate to move around city.
