Accenture has cut more than 11,000 jobs globally in the past three months, reducing its workforce from 7,90,692 to 7,79,273 employees. The layoffs are part of Accenture's $865-million restructuring plan to adapt to AI. Accenture CEO Julie Sweet said that the company will lay off staff who can't be reskilled while continuing to hire and invest in AI capabilities.
