Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge on Tuesday wrote a letter to PM Narendra Modi on the latter's birthday and also asked him to discipline BJP leaders who made objectionable remarks against LoP Rahul Gandhi. He said MoS (Railways) Ravneet Bittu's statement calling Rahul a terrorist shocked the world. "Instruct them to behave properly," he said, adding that such language is dangerous.
