Ravichandran Ashwin said he hopes for better communication between pacer Mohammad Shami and chief selector Ajit Agarkar. He added that a lot of "indirect" communication happens in Indian cricket and hopes it ends. Shami had said it wasn’t his job to inform selectors about his fitness, while Agarkar said Shami would be picked if he stays injury-free.
