The National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA) has served a whereabouts failure notice to Vinesh Phogat, who retired from wrestling last month after being disqualified from Paris Olympics. She has been served the notice after anti-doping officials didn't find her at her pre-disclosed location on the date of sample collection earlier this month. Vinesh has been asked to reply in 14 days.
