The immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) sent invitations to 4,500 foreigners to apply for permanent residence. Express Entry Draw number 371 (October 6, 2025) issued the invitations in a French-language category-based draw with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cut-off of 432. This system is used to rank candidates' skills, education, language ability, work experience, etc.
