Penske Media, the owner of Rolling Stone, Billboard and Variety, has sued Google, accusing the tech firm's 'AI overviews' of using its content without consent, reducing traffic to its websites. It asked Google to display only Penske's websites in search results if it uses their articles in AI summaries or pay them for training its AI systems on their articles.
