A high alert was issued in Bihar after a car explosion occurred near Gate Number 1 of Lal Quila (Red Fort) Metro Station in Delhi on Monday evening. At least eight people were killed and several others got injured in the blast. High alerts were also issued in Delhi and Maharashtra. This comes before second phase of polling in Bihar.
