A man was rescued alive after being trapped under debris for more than 16 hours after cloudburst in Uttarakhand's Nandanagar. Sharing visuals, Chamoli Police wrote on X, "Victory of life in the Nandanagar disaster - safely rescued from debris after 16 hours." The rescue operations in Nandanagar entered their second day on Friday.
