Prices of gold and silver futures rose on Monday as the latter's prices hit a new lifetime high of ₹1.79 lakh/1 kg. Silver futures, with an expiry date of March 5, 2026, rose ₹4,075 or 2.33% in a single day. Gold futures, with the same expiry date, rose to ₹1.31 lakh/10 grams, ₹2,764 from their all-time high.
