Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov reacted to reports that Russia may have accidentally shot the Azerbaijan Airlines plane in Kazakhstan which killed 38 people. "It would be wrong to put forward any hypotheses before the investigation’s conclusions," he said. "We won't do this, and no-one should do this. We need to wait until the investigation is completed," he added.
