Neuroscientist Dr Sweta Adatia said that just changing the morning routine can fix stress. "Do not wake up the last hour, the last moment, don't rush to work...Don't go from the deepest sleep state you were in to the fast-firing of the brain," she said. "Just give yourself 5 to 10 minutes in the morning," she added.
