South Korea's main opposition, the Democratic Party, announced its decision to introduce a bill to impeach acting President Han Duck-soo days after parliament voted to impeach President Yoon Suk Yeol. This comes after Han refused to appoint constitutional court justices nominated by the party. "He doesn't have qualification or will to safeguard Constitution," Democratic Party's Park Chan-dae said.
