Reacting to repeated disruptions and adjournments during ongoing Winter Session of Parliament, Congress MP and chairman of Parliamentary Standing Committee on External Affairs Shashi Tharoor said India needs Parliament that debates not one that disrupts. Tharoor proposed that India should adopt a system similar to the UK, where the Opposition gets a dedicated day each week to raise issues.
