The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation responded to a viral video showing several passengers cheering and jumping over AFC gates. As the video raised concerns over lawlessness, DMRC said the incident happened on February 13 at Jama Masjid station. "There was a temporary surge...for a brief time when some passengers bypassed AFC gates by jumping over it to exit," DMRC said.
