A man was arrested after his girlfriend lost her forearms when a hair dryer exploded in her hands in Karnataka's Bagalkot. According to police, accused sent the hair dryer with a detonator inside to his girlfriend's neighbour for apparently advising the girlfriend to end their relationship. However, the neighbour asked the girlfriend to take the package as they were unavailable.
