The Finance Ministry has clarified the concerns of nearly 70 lakh pensioners regarding whether pension revision will be included under 8th Pay Commission's Terms of Reference (ToR). "The Eighth CPC will make its recommendations on the various issues viz. Pay, Allowances, Pension, etc. of the central government employees," Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary stated in Rajya Sabha.
