Hamdan Ballal, the Palestinian co-director of Oscar-winning film 'No Other Land', has been released from Israeli detention after being attacked by Israeli settlers in the occupied West Bank. Ballal was detained by Israeli military and then handed over to police. Following this, he was moved to a hospital in Hebron and then sent home after being treated for his injuries.
