A video has emerged showing the moment when a US military Black Hawk helicopter collided with a plane mid-air. An eyewitness, Ari Schulman, told CNN that he was driving home when he witnessed the plane crash near Reagan National Airport in Washington, DC, on Wednesday. The American Airlines regional jet crashed into the Potomac River after the collision.
