International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu and ex-Defence Minister Yoav Gallant "for crimes against humanity and war crimes" in Gaza. ICC said they used "the war crime of starvation as a method of warfare". The warrants mean ICC's 124 member states would be obliged to arrest Netanyahu and Gallant if they enter their territory.
