Raise Financial Services, parent company of stockbroking platform Dhan, has raised $120 million in a Series B funding round led by Hornbill Capital and also saw participation from MUFG Bank, BEENEXT, and others. The funding round values the Mumbai-based fintech at $1.2 billion, making it a unicorn. The capital will be used to scale Dhan and strengthen AI capabilities.
