Three AC coaches of the Garib Rath Express, running from Punjab's Amritsar to Bihar's Saharsa, were gutted after they caught fire near Sirhind on Saturday morning, officials said. Fire tenders were rushed to the spot to bring the fire under control, and passengers were evacuated safely. Initial investigations indicated that an electrical short circuit might have caused the fire.
