The entire capital city of Delhi "gets paralysed" after just two hours of rain, Chief Justice of India (CJI) BR Gavai remarked during a recent hearing. The remark came as NHAI challenged a Kerala High Court order to stop collecting toll due to the poor condition of a highway section. CJI made the remark to highlight difficulties posed by monsoons.
