Congress MP Rahul Gandhi showed a picture of a 75-year-old woman, saying it featured 223 times on voter list in Haryana. "The EC needs to tell us how many times she voted," he asked. The woman, Charanjeet Kaur, said she only voted once. "I tell everyone it's not my fault that my photograph appears for so many voters," she said.
