Legendary cricket umpire Dickie Bird has passed away aged 92, Yorkshire County Cricket Club announced. The former English cricketer officiated as umpire in 66 Test matches and 76 ODIs, including three ODI World Cup finals, between 1973 and 1996. He played first-class cricket for Yorkshire and Leicestershire, however, his playing career was cut short due to injury.
