Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has urged PM Narendra Modi to build a memorial for ex-PM Dr Manmohan Singh at the site where his last rites would be held. Kharge called Dr Singh, who died on Thursday aged 92, a "great son of India". He said a memorial would be a fitting tribute to a leader who rose from humble beginnings.
